‘Communications’ areas often are confusing and overlap in a small-to-medium businesses. “When does Marketing become Sales? What is the difference between a Training Seminar and a Marketing Event? Etc.” Many times staff, regardless of their role or responsibility, must wear multiple ‘hats’ and are expected to represent, sell and market the company, the brand, the products and services.
This is where I come in with a multi-disciplined background in communication intensive roles. Plus, I have a passion for digital communications, social media and I am always thinking about culture change.
