TEAM TEACHING: RIG IT TO WIN!

I love the old fashion swash buckling pirates: they are colourful, adventurous and creative. They had to work hard as a team: their life and their livelihood was always at risk.

Whether pirates, musketeers, trainers or teachers when working together the goal is always about being seamless… creating a larger than life entity of harmony:

“ALL for one, and one for ALL!”

This ‘teaming’ doesn’t happen automatically: it is structured and planned.

Eventually the ‘teaming’ mindset becomes automatic… almost part of the team culture.

PIRATES CAN BE LOVED… AND VERY SUCCESSFUL

Do you know who Rupert Boneham is? What about Rupert-the-Pirate? Right, the Rupert to that branded himself as a Pirate on Survivor several years ago. Later he became the ‘cornerstone’ for the Survivor Heroes ‘Team’. He showed that pirates can be loved and successful (and he has the million dollars to prove it)!

Now, I’m not suggesting you pillage or steal…  However, you must be calculating and take every advantage… And these ‘teaming’ lessons should help.
